On behalf of the Venezie Condo Corp, and your Board of Directors, We would like to welcome you to our community. Over the coming months we look forward to meeting you.
The operation of our Condominium is governed by a Board of Directors as required by the Condominium Act of Alberta. The Board of Directors is elected by the community to oversee the functions and financial responsibilities of the Condominium.
Venezie is a mix of conventional and bareland condos in Canmore, AB in the Three Sisters Village located at 105 Stewart Creek Rise which consists of 32 units in 9 buildings and has roads, infrastructure and a it’s common elements. There are restrictions in our Bylaws, rules and covenants that are registered on title directing owners on what changes and additions to their home and property are permitted. There are also rules and regulations we all follow.
The Board of Directors has hired a registered condominium property manager (Peka) who are responsible for maintaining the property as well as directing contracts for grass and snow. Peka has a staff that are eager to help homeowners with any questions on procedures, issues or where to find forms. This website is a great start of finding any information you may need. Please check it regularly as we will post all changes and information you need to know here.
